MUTYA BUENA (19), one third of successful pop band Sugababes who announced yesterday that her and her long term boyfriend, Jay, will be having their first baby together later announced that halfway through her pregnancy she will be leaving the band early 2005 just after the release of their fourth album. In a statement the singer said “Me and Jay are both so happy. I am looking forward to having my baby next year but the descision for me to leave the band was inevitable since I never planned to mix motherhood and music together." Bandmates HEIDI RANGE (21) and KEISHA BUCHANAN (20) are said to be saddened by her descision but are thrilled at the news of her baby. The band are set to jet off to the US next week to add finishing touches to the fourth album.

The Babes have been added Band Aid3 which will be released on November 29th. Also, they are on the new Pop Party CD with "Hole in the head". Hopefully we will see the Babes on the MTV music awards and Smash hits! T4 Poll Winners Party.

Rumour has it that the new single from the Sugababes will be out on November 22nd! The fourth album will probably follow this release, just in time for Christmas. The names of both are currently unknown, but there are rumours that the new single will be called 'The Edge Of Reason' as it is being featured in the new Bridget Jones Film....

The Babes won an award at the weekend! Congratulations to them!

The latest single from the Babes charted at number 8 in the charts, and the album 'Three' has re-entered the album charts. Tune in to TOTP on friday night to see the babes perform!
